The Carnegie-Evans Public Library offers individual cards for all eligible individuals able to complete the below information. All individuals MUST obtain individual library cards. Use of the library facilities or services are an acknowledgement that you are subject to and bound by the library's policies. All member accounts expire after 2 years. After 2 years if a member account is not renewed it will be deleted. Signing up for a library card constitutes consent to use your image if you participate in our events or programs for highlights on social media and promotional purposes. If you want to opt out, please notify us.  If you already have or utilize a library card, please take this opportunity to update your information!
